Extension cabs

I have an Eden NC 212 Nemesis combo. The output for external speakers is 320 W @ 4 ohms, but I want to run it through 2 8 ohm cabs I have handy. How could I rig these 2 cabs to be compatible with the amp? I have one input on each cab and one output on the amp. I won't make any mods to the amp, but the cabs are fair game.

You need to run the two cabs in parallel. You either need a fancy cable or one of the cabs will have to have another jack in parallel with the first one.

Ah that's what I assumed would be necessary, but does anyone know if such a cable exists? If so where could I find one?

You probably will have to make it yourself or get it custom made. It is very rare for both the amp and the cabs to not have a second jack.
