Fairfield Circuitry - THE CLUB

Dipping my toe in the barbershop game- when browsing, I saw one stamped od1 - 950… what’s the difference? Thanks

OD# is the version of the circuit, so that one would be the 950th unit from the first version. Current version is OD3, I believe. I've owned one from OD1 and OD3, and while I never compared them directly, I did feel like they were subtly different.

Right on thanks. After a little research apparently the od1 has more drive which I’m only looking at the barbershop to be a more tame od, not too aggressive, etc. do you know if that is a thing?

I think you have it mistaken. Any barbershop that’s pass 999 is the millennium version. So OP has Barbershop V2 OD1950, there’s only two versions of the Barbershop from the Big box version(OD000-OD999) and V2(OD1000-OD4XXX)

Oh yeah, you might be right about the numbering, I can recall reading a similar comment elsewhere, maybe in this very thread. There are definitely 2 versions of the Millennium though- I owned 1593 and 3054, and they had very different circuit boards.

Ok so still trying to figure out a couple of things since my original question.
1. Is the V1 referring to the larger unit?
2. Are there significant changes in pedals stamped od1/2/3?
Just trying to make sure since I’m really not looking for more overdrive if one offers more than another.
Thanks guys, been a huge help.
