Tabaso for me. I even put it in beer if some one hands me something terrible like bud or coors or some crap. I'd probably never put it in a stout or porter or quality stuff.

The green variety of that brand is my number one. I'll have to try this one though.I've been working my way through a bottle of this stuff:

It's very tasty. Pretty smoky, not super hot. Good stuff.
Stop & Shop has it. I don't know if you have those out there. It's worth getting online if you have to. The red and green are both excellent. Lots of heat but lots and lots of flavor. The perfect balance.A lot of El Yacateco in this thread but I don't believe I've ever seen it...maybe it's there and I've never noticed it...maybe it's not available in SoCal?
I think I might buy all of these:

They have it on amazon but the prices are ridiculous. I first tried it cuz it was cheap. Something like three bucks a bottle at the stop and shop.No Stop & Shops in California. Maybe El Yucateco is like Open Pit BBQ sauce, not available west of the Mississippi.
Neither did I. The black definitely looks interesting though. Probably fantastic on steak.I had no idea they had more than green and red. Well, and the new black......
Plus 1 for the one on the left.....Great with Jamaica Patties monThe one on the left for jazzing up beans/pasta/rice etc., & the one on the right for splurging onto chips, omelettes, pies & just about anything else savoury.

Tried Dave's Insanity Sauce once & ended up throwing half a bottle away as it'd gone off. TBH I'm not into the face-melting stuff; I actually think that chillies taste nice in themselves & would love to find a sauce that focussed on that aspect.
