Favorite Hot Sauce.... GO!

Mix in a little brown sugar and honey, and this stuff makes for some good barbecue.
Here's what you're looking for. All of the delicious Crystal's flavor, but a lot more heat!
I really like Crystal's for table use, as well as the El Yucateco green and red.
For cooking, my old standby is Dave's original Insanity sauce. Tastes like ***, but it is great for making hot chili or a nice hot soup or stew.
A local butcher shop used to have a habanero hot sauce that was insanely hot and super delicious. I used it for steak sauce. Unfortunately they are out of business, and I don't remember the brand of the sauce. It may have even been their own concoction, the label wasn't very professional looking. I loved that sauce!
My son brought some of this home last night.....Didn't last long.....Delicious....and HOT!!!

There's a middle eastern hot sauce (more of a spicy concoction) called schoog. Great stuff. Generally home made. The prepackaged varieties are rarely good.

I love hot sauce, and use it with pretty much every meal. It's hard to pick a favorite, but Cholula and various El Yucateco sauces are up there. This is one of my favorites, as well:

I'll have to look for that! I have tried their hot salsas, and they're pretty good and very hot.
I was looking some up earlier and there are a bunch. I don't think there's one definitive recipe. It's just peppers and a bunch of spices and oil but with so much variation.Have you got a recipe?.....Perleeeese

It's real Coconut in there, and there's just enough to flavour, not overpower.
Great for BBQ prawns, pork, chicken, panda etc.
very hot, but balanced by a bit of sweetness from the Scotch Bonnet peppers and mustard
Blast!....I was hoping that you had an old family recipe that's been handed down from Mother to Family for decades!...

Yup, I like that one. Every morning on my eggs and potatoes. I usually save Tobasco for fish, Franks and Sriracha for anything else. I just bought some Chinese hot mustard. That's good too.I'm not big on real HOT, hot sauce. My favorite is this one. Tasty with a zing, but not overpowering:
