Beck, Bogert, and Appice. Only a couple albums. Beck quit because Bogert was showing him up at concerts. If you listen to the first album, you can feel the tension between them. I saw Beck and Bogert duel on stage. Beck would play a lick and Tim would play it back on bass. Too bad they couldn't get along.

Ten Years After were like Mountain, while technically having a keyboardist you really never heard them.![]()
