Beck, Bogert, and Appice. Only a couple albums. Beck quit because Bogert was showing him up at concerts. If you listen to the first album, you can feel the tension between them. I saw Beck and Bogert duel on stage. Beck would play a lick and Tim would play it back on bass. Too bad they couldn't get along.

There is some awesome jamming on the BBA Live in Japan album. If they could have done more stuff like Lady, Superstition and Jizz Whiz maybe it would have gone somewhere beyond where it ended (just my opinion) Tim's bass tones on those records are monstrous!
 
Lots and lots of bands I love here!

John Mayer Trio is where I'd love to play into these days. If I didn't make it , I would love also to play with Bonamassa :D
