SP has so many great episodes it's hard to pick a favorite line from just one show. But just to keep it clean (so many of my favs from SP aren't safe for posting on TB) I'll go with Butters with the Nija star embedded in his eye saying "I'm feeling a little woosey". It just fits in so many different circumstances.

Also, I'll never forget walking into the room and turning on the TV only to catch a comercial (with real actors not cartoon characters) talking about Cherokee hair tampons. I about bust a gut before I realized it was a SP show.
