Fender makes my favorite basses! But I have yet to be able to afford a legitimate Fender, so my favorite basses have no name on the headstock and are made out of assorted parts. They may not be as creditable, but they sound and play as good as any Fender I've ever encountered!

I'm only using Modulus basses at the moment and I could not be happier with them.

I like Fender, Warwick, Ibanez and Spector....basically the only brands I have experience with. They all offer a wide spectrum of products at different price points and I have never had to contact their customer service.
