I saw Julia Lage with Smith-Kotzen a few years ago. She really impressed me. Nothing flashy, but solid playing.

As for Paz Lenchantin, my favorite clip of her playing is this live version of Entrance's (which she was one third of) "Silence on a Crowded Train", which unfortunately was removed from YouTube, playing her P Bass:
This live version is overall better than the album version.

Julia Lage is a solid player for sure. Smith/Kotzen has that seasoned, worn-in vibe going on.
Julia is also Mrs Kotzen.
