1) Women are legit untrustworthy and will make stuff up (a paranoid viewpoint popular with MRAs, bitter divorcee Dads, Red-pilled neckbeards, the alt reich and other assorted losers with a grudge). Or...

I'm trying to say, that every person can be an object of sexual arousal for opposite sex, where are you read, that they shouldn't be treated as equal humans at the same time?
As for me, I'm not a conservator, but all that PC lynch mob pisses me off, and not for "They should be treated as equals", but for trying to find infringement literally everywhere, "fart rape" when men fart louder than women, "sexual harassment" when you watching on woman too long, or blaming all men for sexual arousal, and all this at the same time, when women also want sex and tend men as sexual objects, and it's ok. Can we just move finger without "insulting" someone?

Honestly, this sentence is too dogmatic to be correct) What if you don't mean occasional sex or changes, but real romance? You just can't deny this side of humans, and this is not the reason to not hire a woman.
Otherwise, you should do everything in your life, avoiding contact with women, except woman that you married. Music is not a monastery. And there are thousands of great examples of romances\couples in music or other arts\businesses. Our guitarist and keyboardist are married on each other, I was married on our vocalist, and band still exists with no problems.

There's no rules in handling relationships in band, and this is great.

I don't like women, that treat themselves as "sexual dolls", I never treat women that way, and never disrespect them for being woman. More, I always respect women from the childhood. In our band, in our musical circles, not only the woman was raped, disrespected or insulted. And I don't know no one, who raped someone or was a victim of rape.

I'm always expect from all people just to be sane and that's it. Women b themselves spend more time on appearance, even if you say them, that it is not needed (I tried), cuz they like to do this.

But if I just try to say, that sexual arousal is ok, and to treat woman as sexual one - some of PC-adepts instantly start to insulting me as disgusting, hungry man, who insults women by existing.

Same in Russia, but most of people, younger than 30-40 not takes this. It's wondering, why, because, USSR was atheistic and pro-feministic regime (how funny - nowdays USA puritans is the same as late USSR left puritans), and there wasn't so much religious adepts and traditionalists. But all of a sudden - they're appeared and feel good (most of them - low-level working class and poor people). But, all puritan and religious crap is just TV-stuff, lol, people just wants to love and being loved, as everywhere.

as I experienced, most of women like to "be woman", same for men, and they prefer ones, who behaves same way, there's no such compulsion, just personal tastes. As for me - I like being a man, and enjoying it, that doesn't mean I will expect from woman to stay on kitchen and all that stuff. I just say, if some band prefers (in case of alternatives) more attractive girl to hire - it's ok, because it may be caused by image suites or style. Anyway, a year ago I saw girls band, when bassist was overweihted and guitarist looked like Frankenstein and they was awesome and humble persons lol) Honestly, music was not so good and I forgot even a bandname)

how came, all that extrimists seat in government?))) Especially in Scandinavian countries. I mean, all that - if man not asked permission for sex aloud, he could be blamed in rape, or "parent 1, parent 2" instead of mum and dad, or rape\harassment convictions, based on victim's words, not on proofs.)

hmm, so, in this case maybe all not so bad) But, I totally don't understand when they blame computer games in objectification just for pretty 3d-models or blaming porn movies. Why I (and all my friends, including women) can play this games and watch porno and not being insulted by this?) For me, is the same as blaming games in violence. Maybe, this games in my late school times make me so kind person lol, because they help to throw away all negative without harm to others.
And, logically, that most cruel and disgusting persons are hypocrites and play "holy" ones, never watch porn, never play cruel games, they just live in constant tension of morality.

That's right - games are not impact on how women are treated by men. I don't see any bad in oversexualization, because I like it) At the same time, I never saw a game, where women treated unwell (except cases, when the story requires), How about Alyx from HL2?
I think, trying to ban it leads to social resonance and below-zero reputation for all movement.

Honestly, people around teach to treat women unwell way more better. But games... same as metal music makes youth kill their parents and worship santa lol)))

i've worked with/for/around women all of my life in the music business. sometimes, like men, they were aspirational above their abilities. sometimes, like men, they were subjugated by the bean counters who often prevail (or at least they did prevail) in the music business.

everything considered: any 'enlightened' view i may have of gender issues comes from my experience as a musician.* women as players/musicians? --- more, not less = better for everyone!

Why no glory - good bass player is well known between musicians, at least, bassists and drummers. That's enouth!) In other hand, bass player makes band sound perfect, that brings level to all band, also, bassist works for music, not for glory.) I think, every person, who took bass in hands - knows it)
