Still waiting on mine.![]()
Just got this email from my fender customer service guy:
Hey Peter,
Haha! You aren’t bugging me what-so-ever. I apologize for the delay, I’ve been prying at them for the past few days.
I don’t know why it was so hard to get an answer.
As of yesterday your body was finished up in paint and is expected to be packaged and shipped tomorrow!
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Bryce
CharlieC, I'm with you 100%. I have reverse audio taper pots with quality caps and wire waiting for both of my orders as well.
with a hell of a better resale. No offence to Carvin, but we all know which bass will sell faster, and at a higher priceIt's like Carvin, minus the options, accuracy and value.

Im assuming that was a joke..Agreed. Who really wants to play a Carvin anyway?

Ah, I knew Carvin had it together but I didn't realize that Gibson did as well. Good to know. It's a shame that we lefty's have to take matters into our own hands on brand new Fender left-handed instruments, but at least Carvin + Gibson get it "right" for us the first time![]()
The only Gibsons I've owed were made in the 70's and 80's, and they got it "right" in the sense that they left the wiring so the volume increases clockwise. They don't make many (any?) lefty basses anymore, so I haven't been noticing lately. It's a shame that we lefty's have to take matters into our own hands on brand new Fender left-handed instruments, but at least Carvin + Gibson get it "right" for us the first time![]()
