I love both of your basses, but I have been looking for a '70 LTD litterally for YEARS and have not been able to find one........you are the first person I know of that actually has one..........if you ever decide to put it up for sale, don't hesitate to PM me........this is the ONLY CS Fender J I have EVER wanted..........I don't care if I don't have the money when you sell it, I'll sell one of my basses..........or my brain.......or whore myself out...........you know what?........maybe I'll just whore myself out...........

Too bad Fender doesn't use quartersawn maple for all their necks.
with the exception of a couple of their NOS,CS Relic 60's P and Jazz Basses, Quatersawn is what they use for their necks,which is 1 of the main reasons I wouldn't buy any of the current Fenders that's out on the racks for the prices that they're asking,because they feel "cheap"and that's because quatersawn is a cheaper material than Rock maple which the real Fenders had
