I actually really like the blue. Except that weight is just oof. Aaaand I'm digging the shape less in that blue.

That's obviously a "special edition" of the Meteora bass.Why aren't the strings under the string tree on this one??? That's hilarious!!
Sounds pretty good to me. Probably won't be buying one because I have too many basses. Medium scale and a starcaster headstock would make me change my mind.
There's an inherent problem with Nate doing any videos. You could put a garbage out of tune bass in his hands and he'd somehow make it sound like magic in every setting. Of all of the youtube bass guys he's the one guy how consistently plays something interesting and covers a lot of sounds and ground for every type of player.
+1 on the headstock thing. That would have been the ticket.
That's 100% true. There's a few other demos up on YouTube, but I thought this was the most fun to listen to.

That level of noise wouldn't work for me. Hopefully it's a bug and not a feature.
If you look at Nate's arm its not stretched out or reaching at all. In fact it looks contracted more than normal.

It sounds like an active Jazz Bass. Looks like a more pointy Jaguar with a stretched Dimension pickguard. That blue is fantastic too and with the sound I get why they did a traditional looking burst finish.
I applaud Fender for making an instrument that seems to be pretty great and I feel kinda meh about.

The guitar version has the S1 switch. I wish the bass had one. I was never a fan of those but it would be useful on these basses.
I like it. But then again i liked the Dimension as well.
