Fender Rumble Club

I, for one, want the head version. I will be an early adopter of that as well. I can not justify another combo with my limited space but I've got a beautiful 4x10 cab that would sound great with an 800 stage head. If Fender would just go ahead and put that in the works I'd place a pre-order today (nudge nudge wink wink, @tombowlus).

FWIW, the first question I had for them after being show the Stage 800 for the first time was, "Will you be offering a head version of this?" :D

I took my new Rumble 500 combo to a rehearsal last night, so I could really open it up without getting the law involved.

DUUUUUUDE.

This thing is amazing.

Master at 3 o'clock, with slight bass and mid boost, and I'm shaking the stage.

I don't think I need that extension cab.

I wonder if anybody who lives near the California fault line owns that amp.

Oh, You NEED the cab. You just don't think you do.

Hey Linnin! Tried to reach you on the TB thread about VC Squier strings. I'm totally obsessed with their Fender bass strings from the late 50s to '81. I commend you on your diligence! That thread escaped me somehow until last night, and I sat and read the entire thing. I have some 70's old stock new sets here. Just wanted to thank you, and hopefully be able to communicate via PM occasionally, if that's possible. I'm an old timer here, since week one. ;-) Thanks, Fran

Far! Freaking!! OUT!!! @Linnin, my man!!!!

Your friend, "Anonymous Giver of Fender Rumble Studio 40 Greatness", is very generous! I wonder if he/she is a descendant of John Beresford Tipton (adjusted for inflation)? ;)

But, of course, you know, "with great power (gifts, or blessings) comes great responsibility." .Your Studio/Stage-aspiring fellow Rumblers,, and other enquiring minds, look forward to your in-depth reviews and answers to burning questions. We know you won't hold back!

Good on ya, Linn!
