But I'm only plugged into the return. Let me try that using the send too. I bet that's it.

something is very wrong there! got a bad cable?I tried that, and again just now. I get no volume at all that way.
Don't get me wrong, I like the Fender tone too. But I like the Ampeg tone as well. It's nice being able to get both out of the same combo. I have a Rumble 210 cab that I got to pair with the combo but don't need that much volume all the time. I leave that at my band's rehearsal place and take my Peavey MiniMax to plug in. The cab sounds great with that too. I enjoy the tonal variety.

I was just sent a heads up that there were some issues with tone.fender.com and that they have been addressed. Also on page 59 there are some instructions on how to access Cloud Presets direct from the amp.
"“Cloud Presets” is a MENU utility button function (see page 33) that gives the user access to an entire world of presets other than those already found in the amp, including featured presets, artist presets and more. Through the amplifier’s WiFi connectivity, users can preview, play, download and share a wealth of cloud stored Fender presets that enormously expand Rumble Studio 40/Stage 800’s creative possibilities."
So did you get to register, and update? Until you do you can't go any further. But no luck getting past the 3 stage set screen.
You certainly got the best end of that deal!Sold the GK and got a R 200c in trade, on track to rig bliss drool
The Stage comes with the pedal. I got my pedal for the Studio on Amazon.Where did everyone get their loop pedals for their studios and stages?
I did firmware update and registered from the website. It shows that I have an account, and it shows the amo as registered. Completely baffled, lol!So did you get to register, and update? Until you do you can't go any further.
Me Too. Keep calling Fender. They need to have a specialist to give direct support in this area.Completely baffled
Either direct from Fender or from your favorite authorized Fender dealer/e-tailer. While you can get away without a pedal, it sure makes life easier with one. Calling up the tuner is just a foot stomp away. If you want to turn an effect on and off during a tune, you need the pedal. If you want to lay down a deep grove and solo over it you need the pedal to actuate the looper function. Popping from preset to preset in your personal setlist is better accomplished with the pedal.Where did everyone get their loop pedals for their studios and stages?
Well Long and Mcquade only gave me the amp it seems. Doesn’t matter I can buy the pedal sometime since I don’t have a gig for a couple monthsThe Stage comes with the pedal. I got my pedal for the Studio on Amazon.

Good Attitude! There has to be logical explanation for failure, and sure fire path to success.
So L&M shortchanged you an electrical cable and the floor pedal?! Well damn man! Go beat down their door and give 'em a wicked thrashing.Well Long and Mcquade only gave me the amp it seems. Doesn’t matter I can buy the pedal sometime since I don’t have a gig for a couple months
Contact Long and McQuade and/or Fender. If you've bought a Stage 800 you've paid for the pedal too already. Unless you bought a used one from them that came without the pedal that'd be a different story and hopefully one where you saved may beaver bucks!
