Fender Rumble Club

In yet another episode of 'For Those That Care': I drove the 90 miles south to the Salem VA hospital for my semi-annual cardio checkup. The good news is that I will live. Cardiologist very pleased that I've lost 30 pounds in six months and that I am physically stronger now. Heart doing fine even with minor A-Fib symptoms. Regular cardio checks no longer necessary! It is a beautiful spring day and 180 mile round trip was a pleasure.

Congrats .

Great news, Linnin! Glad to hear that you’re feeling and doing better.

Photoshop...I never would have guessed  my nose is growing. It's a great, awesome concept, but I do not like blue :roflmao:.
Well SR we aren't totally co-joined twins as blue is my favourite colour lolll..not too sure about a blue amp though but I did own a lovely midnight blue 4000 model Ric bass in the 70's...when I also had hair.
Glad you had a good report from the Cardio Linn..stay healthy matie. I must behave more myself with diet as I had a stent put in 2013 for a cholesterol artery blockage.
Mo' Rumbles should keep my ol heart a pounding loll

Some of our meals in the USA come with their OWN stent. Or should, anyway.

We call that a straw sticking out of a thickshake Ronzo lolll
When I was a high school kid working in an ice cream store, they taught us that a “thick shake” was made using frozen milk, and that the shake was thick because of the ice crystals in it.

REAL men would take the soft-serve mix, pour it into a shake cup, and drink that straight with a straw. (REAL men, of course, are 370 pounds or more. :wideyed:)

Augh! Soulman, colour is the least of the points (except for me). All kinds of colors were available 'back in the day'.

Great news. I too have good health news. MRI shows no cancer. It has been two years since operation. Other than after effects, I’m as healthy as a 30 year old. If you’re able, try incorporating rope jumping into your day. It’s better than treadmill or jogging. You’ll lose weight and improve cardio.

Wonderful news, Ray! So good to hear.

Speaking as one of those who care, that’s great news! May you rumble on for many years to come!
