Awwww . . . Without its red light on it seems to be sleeping. Sych a pretty baby. But I much prefer action shots with the light blazing!

It really depends on the situation. I like the fact that all of them tilt the amp up toward my ears to varying degrees, but I use the one on the right(which has little rubber feets)most of the time as it fits, in its box, behind one of the seats in my van and is easy to schlep with other stuff in the cart. The MudStand is great on hollow stages since it decouples the cab from the floor. Most of the places we play[ed] have us on the concrete or linoleum floor so the decoupling doesn't matter. The AmpWedge is handy for tight situations. The one on the left is good for getting the amp up a bit higher and angled, but it's a PITA to move-whichever way you carry it it wants to open up and beat theWhich is your fave, and why?

As I've said, many of our venues are a corner of the room with plenty of space-for a single. We're 3-4 pieces. No social distancing possible for the band.
So what's the one on the right?

Coming nigh on to 6 years since I aspired to my Rumble 500 combo. It was the new zenith of Rumbles in those days! None more powerful!! The top! I hoped it would be OK, but at just $500, and because of its "value line" heritage, I honestly didn't expect much. Boy, was I surprised!
Nowadays, with the ultra-versatile modeling of the Rumble Stage 800 and the "premium line" features of the modern Rumble 800 HD head, perhaps the venerable R500c could be considered more of a settling choice. A very solid choice, mind, ... but no longer the top, the ultimate.
Doesn't make me wanna trade-in my 500 for either one of those, however. I'd rather add them both, in fact! But, alas, Sir Paul has yet to call me for my dream gig. So, until then, my mighty Rumble 500 alone is always more than sufficient; and, with my Bassman 115 cab, is more than capable; and, as reinforcement to my Rumble Studio 40, is more than flexible enough for anything!
.
If they'd done the 500 w/2x12s, I'd have bought that instead of the 200c/R112cab.I have the 800 head with a Rumble 1x15 cabinet and the 500c. I prefer the 800/1x15.
I've never fully warmed to the sound of the 2x10s. I struggle to describe it, but to me the 1x15 is more clear. It sounds more open. Almost like the 10s have a congested sound compared to the 15. The 10s seem mid heavy to me.
I really think Fender should have done a 500c with either 2x12s or 1x15.
Obviously we all have different preferences. But the 2x10s don't sound like the 1x15.

I love the sounds I get from having the 200c on top of the 112(matched speaker police be damned). 1)it gets the 15 up where I can hear it better, and B)it gives me the capability of the full 200W. Unfortunately, the only place we play(ed)where I could use both is still closed AFA music. Dunno if we'll ever be back. I've considered selling the 112 but I won't take a loss on it, esp. since it has a custom cover, and shipping would be prohibitive since I'm in SE FL, and it ain't in my way[under a table].That'd be a killer rig. We can dream right?
The 200c with the 1x12 extension cabinet is a great combo.
I think they made a mistake by dropping the 1x12 cabinet. I have a reverb feed that includes the 1x12 cabinet and those don't stick around very long.
Lol
Even though I own the 200c I love the sound of my 15 in it!I have the 800 head with a Rumble 1x15 cabinet and the 500c. I prefer the 800/1x15.

Agreed. My first real bass amp was a 63 piggyback bassman w/ 212 cab. The 200c comes really close to the sound I vaguely remember from that rig.Even though I own the 200c I love the sound of my 15 in it!![]()
Will do. I like to be able to come down on Tuesdays for the open jam at the Big Easy, but I doubt they are having it these days. When things let up, let mw know if you're down around Austin!
I actually compare it to my old SVT.Agreed. My first real bass amp was a 63 piggyback bassman w/ 212 cab. The 200c comes really close to the sound I vaguely remember from that rig.

I searched, but can't seem to find a club for those of us who use and love the Fender Rumble series of amps. Any interest?
I've been playing at home with my Rumble 30 since late January and it seems to me like this amp puts out a good share for being so small! Originally I was looking at the Rumble 15 but went with the 30 because of the extra input jack, more wattage, and I read online reviews which said the 30 would be good enough to play with a band in a small venue even versus the 15 which didn't have as much bang.
Hope to hear form some fellow Rumble fans soon!
So this makes me the founding member, #1? I feel this is a big honor for someone so new on the forum!
May I have a number, please? I love my Rumble 100v3 and Rumble 500v3 head with 112 cab. ... ... Thanks.
Welcome Rumbler #960! I've use my 100 for FOH gigs, ... ... Rumble on!
Thanks, Gravedigger, for the number, ... ....
I use the following v3 Rumbles: 40 combo, 100 combo, 500 head and 112 cab. May I have a number, please?
