Fender Rumble Club

I just joined the club with a used Rumble 75. It’s heavy and bulky. I knew that going in. I’m a basement player, so I won’t be moving it much. I’ve just started playing my Korean Squier p-bass through it. It’s plenty loud and I think it sounds pretty good.

The 500 Combo is a great amp. I have no experience with the 800, but I have gigged a lot with the 500 combo. I also added a 2x10 extension cab and it is good for anywhere you might gig. The extension cab really fills out the sound.

I’ve had my Rumble 500 combo for nearly 3 years now and am still discovering the magic ( always need to adjust settings based on acoustics of rooms )
Yesterday was playing drop D Soundgarden stuff at loud rehearsal and still volume knob not above 2 , yet gave the band incredible bottom end , and the suspended timber floor shook

Ha! I bought my Rumble 75 new several years back because it WASN'T heavy and bulky. However, I did install a set of casters on it to roll it around. It's a great amp and I love the overdrive with the blend setting. I also have a Rumble 200 which is amazingly lighter and easier to transport. Congrats on your acquisition.

A recent acquisition and really enjoying it. I'm fairly new to bass and brand new to 5-string. I'm still getting lost occasionally but having fun with it. Tone and "punch" are really amazing. I think I'll keep her.,.

When I first got my 5er, the B was an extended thumbrest.
