Yes, I made one. Not a momentary, you need a latching N/O switch. Well, you could use momentary, but the overdrive would only be on as long as you were holding the footswitch down
. You only need a SPST, and those are kind of hard to find on pedal parts websites, but any latching footswitch will do...you'll only need two of the lugs. you wire the positive (of a regular guitar cable) to one lug and the negative to the other. The switch basically closes the loop and grounds out the line, which causes the channel to switch. Opening the ground back up switches back.

Would an old auto high beam footswitch work?
I don't see why not, might be kind of cool. I reckon any open/close switch with no built in resistance will do if you can solder patch cable wires to the lugs/leads/posts.

Unfortunately my (not so) local dealer has them nearer 40€ + 20€ shipping, so it would cost me around $80 for the pedal. I already have parts at home for free
I did, with the help of jumblemind.
I ended up taking the cheapest road and using a lamp footswitch, like those on Ikea's lamps. It was 2'80€ plus the 1/4'' jack and cable. Works like a charm

After careful consideration of our band's circumstances, I decided the 40 that I had just got a few weeks ago wasn't going to cut it. I was still within Sam Ash's return window so I sent the 40 back last week, got my credit and then waited for the 200 to come in stock, which it did Monday.
Can't wait to get it on stage. Now all we need is a gig.

We were over in MS this weekend, figured we'd hit a few guitar stores while there and listen to some Peavey tube amps. What else would you do in MS while visiting inlaws right?
Wouldn't you know after listening to a half dozen amps we ended up playing on a Rumble 200 the longest! We were playing clean stuff so we didn't really need any "tube-like" dirt and being in a store you usually can't crank those amps hard enough to get the dirt anyway, so we just played clean stuff.
The sales guys kept commenting "why are you playing on the bass amps?" Cause it sounds better! We would say. Besides we have a Vox AC30HH with a 2x12 and Blue Alnicos at home and no Peavey is gonna sound like that thing! LOL!!
The Rumble 200 sounded so good I nearly bought it on the spot. Instead we walked out with that Sweet Ibanez AS in Dark Cherry.
These Fender Rumble V3 amps never cease to amaze me. The 100 did not sound as good as the 200 cause of its lack of a tweeter. The 25 although no tweeter sounds great with that small 8" driver for clean guitar.
If you're interested in what the dirt sounds like on a VoxAC30HH;

Yes, I had considered going that route. Decided to wait it out and buy an amp from the local dealer, though. He runs a small shop, has been very patient and helpful with me when I bought my bass and small amp. I can manage with that one for another week or two. Hopefully it won't take longer than that!
