Fender Rumble Club

Been using this QuikLok practice seat (stool) at home the past 12 months..for gigs the seat and headrest slide off the top for easier transport and the rest of the stand folds up..reverse the order to set it up again.
Ive found it suits my playing when seated and is a lot more comfy than a kitchen chair or normal stool (including my Fender stool).
It is height adjustable with the seat and backrest having various slotted height positions set in place by strong pins. The footrest isnt removable btw as its part of the foldable stand, although it is height adjustable too. It probably isnt suitable for a lot of people, but after having a knee, neck and back operations over the past 30 years I have found the stool to be beneficial and comfy for my needs, especially at home for long practice sessions. 242.5 lbs (110 kg) body weight capacity though, so if you weigh more than that it wont suit. No affiliation with the company or retailers btw.

Woo hoo! Too rich for my blood, Giffy. $1.08 USD per lb. Capacity = $262 USD!

Hey, @AncientNoob, aka Captain Barstool! Does this qualify for your Barstool Commandos? If not, he says he's got a 7ender stool!

Attention: Rumble Club Wiki Edit Alert!

Thank you, again, @AncientNoob, AKA "Captain Barstool"! Your new outfit in the Rumble Army has grown since being pictorially added to our Rumble Club Wiki page as the penultimate "Contents" link, Rumble Barstool Commandos, just before the last link of the "Rumble Artwork - Continued".

Thank you, Nooby, for your leadership in this command post! And for accepting @Giffro's non-standard stool. I assume his standard 7ender stool is acceptable, as well.

I have a Rumble 500C and would like to know what the stock speakers are or where I could find more information about them. Thank you in advance.

They look just like this...

They are each 16 ohm, 175 watts continuous rated (though 400 watt field tested), ceramic ferrite magnets, special USA OEM designed, manufactured in China. They are not a stock Eminence model available to the public. If you're looking for replacement, you can either consult an Authorized Fender Service Center for the real thing, or you can call the phone number and ask what their nearest stock model is.

Giffy is right. The Speaker Replacement section of your Rumble Club Wiki page has some others' adventures in this area. :D

As of today, I am a proud owner of a Fender Bumble 500 V3. Sounds great, IMO.

I had borrowed a friend of mine's 100 with the 12" speaker and thought it sounded very bloated and thumpy, like a cheap home stereo subwoofer. Not this one. Nope, this had tone for days! Maybe even WEEKS!

Doc Morbi, allow me to prescribe a remedy for a grievous misdiagnosis. I've wrongly withheld your membership for lack of a picture. But, no more! @Doctor Morbius, you are now member #1457 in the Fender Rumble Club. Congratulations and welcome. Please put that number in your TalkBass Signature for safe keeping. You should already be familiar with your Rumble Club Wiki page, since it's been Rx'd to you so much.

I apologize for the delay. Please wear it in good health and ... ...

Last night I had my first band practice playing bass (and first time playing with a drummer). The guitarist warned me that the drummer played very loud (bet that's never happened to anyone here...) but I brought along my Rumble 25 just to see if it was loud enough for more than just practicing by myself. All three of us were impressed by how big the amp sounded - I actually had to turn it down! I'm still playing around with the EQ controls but I had the amp volume at 2-3 o'clock and my bass volume at about 60% (active pups) and it was plenty loud. I love this amp!

Well, congratulations, Kinda. My Rumble Studio 40 has kept up with a "mature*" drummer and 4 "mature*" electric guitarists before. But I've also had a 250 watt Bassman drowned out by an immature drummer (no quotes) alone, too. I can only surmise that your drummer can be loud, but tried to work with you last night. Either way, it's good to play with a good band! Good for you!
