Sold my "I wasn't using it" 2015 R200c Saturday. It was on consignment through a local amp shop called "The AMP Shop". After their cut I wound up with $262.50. Not bad for a 10+ y/o amp.
I have a 210 and a 112. I am currently using the 112 with my 500C and am loving it.Did you get the two-10s or the 15?
Hello!
I am interested in the Origin Effects ‘64 Black Panel DI. I am currently using a Rumble 500 as my main amp.
Are there any Club members who own both? Is it possible to mimic the Fender Rumble Vintage tone with this pedal or is it a different flavour altogether?
Thx so much!
I guess that means people are hanging onto them. I had that with my Korg Kaoss effects unit - it took a few years for one to come up locally because people love them.it's hard to believe Fender made any 112 cabs based on how they're completely missing from the used market.
But that raises another question: Why did Fender discontinue them? If people love them, surely they must have sold plenty?I guess that means people are hanging onto them. I had that with my Korg Kaoss effects unit - it took a few years for one to come up locally because people love them.
Those noises are the worst!I need some help with my new (to me) Rumble 40. It's a great amp but is making a noise when I push the volume ... not sure if the speaker is messed up or maybe I'm just pushing too hard.
Gain at noon. Master at 75%.
I get this soft buzzing sound from the speaker when I play low notes and especially when I play high up on the E string. By "soft" I mean it is not a harsh buzz, but like a papery vibration.
I've already inspected the coil and tightened all screws. The sound is definitely from the speaker. Everything in the cab visually seems ok. It doesn't sound like clipping or a normal break-up to me, but what do I know?
Am I just expecting too much out of this little dude at this gain/master setting or is it a speaker issue?
Thanks!

... ... ... I had to tighten the jack socket's nut. -.-
Could also be "just" air moving through the port(s). I'd try [to see] if plugging them makes a difference and/or lowering bass with EQ.

Running 1 or 2 R100Cs, I agree on the tonal variety across genres!I'm running my 500C with a TC Electronics RS112 (1 x 12") for outdoor events / bigger gigs. Works (and sounds) a treat for me!
Many genres, everything from Blues and Motown to classic or hard Rock and modern Pop.

I have used my R40 on many smaller gigs and with a community concert band (~55 pieces) playing string bass parts [I'm strictly electric]. It's plenty.40w for bass is not ideal, ime.
A 10" chassis should be ok... but amp and speaker combined on that model would not inspire much confidence for me.
However, I would think 100w for a practice room might be your starter..
YMMV
