The 100 1x12 v3 will work for a normal drummer who is not beating the snot out of the kit. I use mine with a modern country band and have no problem hearing myself on stage with the master at noon (indoors). I am sure it would have carried some of the smaller rooms we play as a stand-alone set up, but we always have a sound system with at least one 18" sub (usually more).
That being said, I brought it to my rock band rehearsal (Rush, Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Deep Purple, Dream Theater etc) and I could hear it right next to my ear, but it had no thump. Out of gas (didn't fart out though). Also, if you play on a large outdoor stage (or even large indoor), you want to have the ability to push air. The 1x12 can only do so much.
So, I would go with the 200 minimum, or the 500. The 100 excels since it sounds great and bigger than it should be for the ultra-light weight of 22 pounds.
