Wack his mullet with a mallet! I tell you what, if your entire band has blonde & oxblood Fender amps, you will be the best sounding (and looking) band in your area.
Thank you kind sir! May I add.. that in testing the amp in assuring that it was working correctly after receiving it from UPS.. that it sounds pretty sweet with those Custom Shop cabs!
I'm sure it does! The Super Bassman Is my fave amp of all time. ...& I've played a heap since my 1st amp (an all tube Aus made Bassman 100 copy )
Which was a dang nice amp. ..reliable too... never let me down in the 8 yrs or so I had it. Did hundreds of gigs with it. .. so much for ppl saying all tube amps aren't reliable n need SO much maintenance. . (I think it went in for a service once. ...)

But since then I've used all manner. ... and... damn that Super Bassman / Rumble dual 410 rig is one of the best looking I've ever seen. No doubt sounding as well.

My dad bought me that Vase amp back in about '76 when I was 12. I had been playing thru his home made valve stereo system (well mono actually) & he knew I'd be joining a band soon and so with terrific forethought. ...bought the Vase Bassman 100 & a matching 215 to go with. Sadly. .. it was stolen in about '84
It is bad to have good gear permanently barrowed from you, but to have your memories stolen is far worse!
