First bass riffs you learned

One of my first ones was the Grateful Dead version of Johnny B. Good, when I was 17. I practiced it for days on end, early on in my learning, not because the notes were tricky but playing fluidly was the challenge. After hours and days of this in my room, cranked up a bit, I remember my Dad trying to gently coax me to stop, saying, "well, I think you've got that country music down pretty well by now, don't you?"

I was and still am really into punk music. The first song I ever learned on bass was Chick Magnet by MxPx, that was like 15 years ago. It was very hard for me to learn when I first started. I still love that song and haven't forgot it to this day.
