Florida Bassists Club

Thanks Tat! Are they more Rock/Classic Rock or Danceable in there? Combination of both? My B-in Law and Nephew's band played there a while back and are booked back in there on Sept 15th. If you get the chance check em out, Staring Blind. I'll check out the other 2 also!

I'm not sure, but the competing clubs booking the same types of music are targeting the dance/drink and drink some more crowd. The story's pretty much the same up here at the live music venues - bring in a crowd and keep them drinking.

Staring Blind? I'll keep an eye out for them and if I'm not booked for video that night, I'll try to pop in say hey.

Thanks again for the info.

If you can make it on the 15th, I think you'll like them. They're pretty good, a bit heavier than what we play. My nephew is a monster on guitar. They've been doing some studio recording the last couple of weekends over that way. Not sure where, they've been pretty quiet about it.

Welcome! And thanks! Although I'm not the one who started this thread I took over giving out numbers some time ago when I realized the OP was MIA! Ha! We are about due for a full list of numbers... the last one I did was on page 15 I believe... I'll get to that soon. Anyway here you go Erad. You are right around the corner from me! I'm in OC.

Woo thanks!

Yeah I am right around the corner from you. I'm more specifically in Deadland(DeLand)

Small world!

I'll ask my b-in-law he just had his Mesa in awhile back. Can't think of the name offhand, Orlando area shop.

Oh yeah. Crap! I can't think of the name. When my Eden was under warrantee, they sent me there to replace a jack. I drove two hours to bring it there. I can call the guys at Bass Central and ask them. I'll try to have a response for you later today.

Does anyone know of some good Amp repair places/people in the central florida area? I have some issues with the electronics in my GK 700rb head and need a good place to take it to.

That's the place. Also worked on one of our JBL monitors last year too. Pretty sure they are a certified GK repair shop as well. Reasonable turnaround time too for most things.
