Quick one from me on the quality of the latest NYC basses.
I had a friend try out a new NYC Deluxe 4 against a Sadowsky Will Lee & a Celinder J Update.
He's mostly a 'rock' kinda guy and often plays with a pick, not overly agressive style though.
The one bass I had to prize out of his hands was the Fodera, he just didn't want to put it down
He much preferred the core tone & thought it more everyday playable than the other two as well.
We laid them down side by side and had a really good look at fit, finish & build quality and there really was nothing to choose between them.
Really can't fault the NYC in any way!
