Production of Standards looks like this for 2012...

January - March = YYS 61-90
April - June = E5S 1-30
July - September = E5S 31-60
October - December = YYS 91-120 (tentatively)

I play Skjold now. I would have done things much differently if I could have done them over again (isn't that true for just about everyone?). Having a decent paying job at a young age while living with your parents and having a taste for high end instruments is a recipe for stupid buying.

So anyway Jason asks me in an email when I changed my order to a Presentation shape bass if I wanted strap locks installed. I may regret it later but I told him no. I want my bass to be a "sit down" instrument!! What do you guys think? I love the idea although I will have to buy a collapsible chair and foot stand but what the hell. Most of my paying gigs I am sitting in a pit or offstage anyway.

But...on a further look isn't there a mistake on the fodera sight?
Isn't it really the way that THEY pay YOU to advertise them and wear the T-shirts, hats and hoodies with their company logo and name all over them rather than you paying them for those things?

It depends on your playing style. I used to play seated with no strap a fair amount, then spent much of the last couple years playing standing, and now split between the two. The problem with no strap is that if you work the bass a fair amount it can get away from you. I've been wheedling away and had it almost crash to the floor.

With recessed straplocks, seems like there is no reason not to have them. At least then you have the option.
