Thank you, Bernie. Yes, it does feel great. It is like it is finally becoming a reality (although, the payments felt pretty real hahaha).

Haha, I'm sure! But when you hold that bass for the first time, I'm sure all of the waiting and monetary commitment will be more than worth it.

I just installed the Fodera bridge on my bass this morning. I had some Allparts thing on there or something. Anyway, what a HUGE difference it made. More responsive, better sustain, more even, wider frequency response. I'm pretty blown away. I'm glad to have the actual Fodera design in the narrow 17.5mm spacing finally.

Could you post a pic of your current bass with the new bridge on it? I've been anxious to see that bridge since I first read about it.

That's a killer top you've got there. Judging from the photos, you are only a couple of weeks or so away from having this beauty in your hands. Congrats!

BTW, what's the string spacing? Now that a Fodera 17.5mm bridge is offered(gotta love thepontif's excitement over his new bridge), I may have to consider a 6 myself.
