I narrowed mine more- down to 16mm. I'd put it down to 15mm if it were a six string!

Too extreme man!!! hahaha
I have a seven string with 15mm spacing and it is extraordinarily comfortable and barely feels different to 16.5mm. I like it!!

Hipshot can make them, or you can use Hipshot singles. I'm not sure if ABM stuff is still being made, but ABM makes a full bridge and singles that can get spaced down to 15mm.

Folks -- thank you all very, very much for your considered and insightful input about the NYC headstock. GREAT STUFF and the comments almost exactly mirrored our own internal discussions about the topic that have been going on for well over a year. I will keep you posted!!

19mm for mr. AJ (as far as I can remember), lincoln used to have 19mm too, I'm not sure about James but he doesn't play narrow

You sure? From the pics I've seen, it looked narrower than that. I'm guessing it was similar in spacing to his signature Modulus.
The Q6's are 16.5mm, so it would be pretty noticeably smaller if he had the same spacing. When I saw him live with it, it had the standard Fodera bridge and looked HUGE compared to his old Modulus, so I'd bet my pants on standard spacing.
