Fodera Club Part XVIII

I was originally gonna go with a rainbow maple or an ebony top, but then I watched a video of Vic and he had a beautiful newer flame maple bass and I fell in love with the simple elegance!

I was going to order a flame maple top (mahogany body, ebony board) on my Monarch 5 Deluxe as I just love how my E5S looks. I changed my mind as I liked the look of walnut equally... And it would be a cool contrast to my E5S.

Too many great options with Fodera! If I had the $$$, I would likely have a bunch of them.... Single coils, different tops and bodies, different scales, etc.:bassist:

I'd really like to hear clips of that "33 monarch!
Nice looking bass indeed, I think. :)

Would be great too, if someone would record clips of similar instruments with different scale lengths, or possibly even identical apart from the scale length...That would be VERY interesting!

Hi
Does anybody what is the topwood of this Fodera New Standard? I think it is from 2003. ImageUploadedByTalkBass1364152348.089291.jpg

Do you own more Fodera basses or T-shirts?

3 Basses
1 T-Shirt

;-)

Anyone that has more Foderas than T-shirts, is either super rich or super minimalist in the old wardrobe department.;)

I actually have only one Fodera bass and 2 Fodera T-Shirts. My second Fodera bass is on order though.

I must say though, I actually do have a pretty stellar bass t-shirt collection.... Fodera, Jule Amps, Fender, Gibson, Musicman.... Like a friggin' walking Guitar Centre ad!:bassist: mainly what I wear when not in a suit/tie.
