As someone who thrives on complete disclosure, I am almost embarrassed at how many times we have discovered the "last" Chestnut top in the shop. That said, we have now literally run out of places that they could be hiding. We have these two that are already glued up and one similar piece that is not glued up. We have now cleaned and organized every inch of the shop where wood may have been hiding...

I love Chestnut and it's been great that every once in a while one jumps out onto the market. Btw, it struck me that you don't have a fretless in harem; any particular reason??
I just put a deposit on body #1 that was in the Fodera Club e-mail. Emperor 5er, Curly Walnut on Alder. I'm very excited. Got it for a GREAT price!!

What is the turnaround time on these basses roughly?
Dan, I've got a curly walnut top on an alder body as well. What direction are you going with the neck and fingerboard?
Not sure about the neck. It's on my order as Indian Rosewood for now. The wait time is the same for these bodies as a regular order so I have 12 months to decide.
