I think I need to take new pictures.

By the time the next thread starts, I'll have multiple to take pictures of. :D
I still feel like I'm a "one and done" kinda' guy, but time will tell. About the only other thing I might consider someday is an EMG based model for the more sizzly sound. But not really on my radar right now.

I may be a reprobate, but I think that would look better without the ramp. That top is gorgeous, shame to hide any of it.

Oh, I totally agree.:p Although I haven't even seen it without, that top would look better without for sure.

Worst mistake I made was getting that damned ramp.

Now that I have played with a ramp for a couple of months, I don't like playing my old Fenders at all. My next Fodera also has a ramp. My RA is a different story. The action is higher and I play it differently.

I just love how it feels. Look out Garrison!:bassist:

I'll be in between July and September! My favorite body shape of any manufacture is the Emperor. But I've got to say, the Monarch is really growing on me. I think my initial problem with it was that it reminded too much of a Zon Sonus or Ibanez Soundgear in looks. Don't hate me for that comparison. The Fodera is way nicer looking, playing, and built better than the Ibanez for sure. Being a jazz bass guy the Emperor speaks to me more but I've been playing a P-bass a lot lately and that may be why I'm really liking the Monarch now.
