Fodera Club Part XXVII

You know, a wait for a Custom Fodera is very long, but in a weird way, its fun. I sorta want to do it again.

Yeah I'm into it. It helps keep me from buying other gear, and makes me want to shed to be ready to feel like I deserve it. Also I was I able to grab a spot from someone else at about as far in as you can go and still overhaul the specs. If I had I wait over a year id snap.
We will see though, I just finalized today...

Looks like the same spec as Vic's bass just with a Rosewood top and no tulip inlay on the 24th fret. It really sings!

Congrats Dan what a find! I looked for you at the Fodera clinic in Memphis. We had a great time ,Jason and Joey are the greatest! Mark Childers is a great player and a great guy also. His new Fodera sounds like a funky nasty P bass on 1000 mg. of Testosterone.

Thank you! I sound unbelievable and in relatively good shape considering the age.

I wish I could have made it to meet Joey and Jason. But hey I got a second child now..lol I now understand why so many of you like Monarchs.

I may be a reprobate, but I think that would look better without the ramp. That top is gorgeous, shame to hide any of it.

Man, I solved that problem by having the guys at Fodera make my ramp out of the same wood as my top wood, curly walnut. It looks amazing and I, now LOVE playing with a ramp. So, I sacrificed nothing in appearance and made my bass even more playable. I love doing those skimming grooves with a ramp
