"On the weekend, CWH member Dave Grainger dropped by for a visit with his WACO. Many of you will know Dave from The Guild of Automotive Restorers and as seen on Restoration Garage. He is assisting us with our "Classics of the Golden Age" show on September 9 and 10. More about that later."

Opps. It is a Waco. At first I thought it was a Stagger Wing like the one below. I have only seen one in real life.

I've seen several Staggerwings over the years, and I've lusted for one (preferably the military version - the UC-43 - with a P&W R-985 engine) since I was a kid. A 200mph+ biplane just appeals to me somehow.... And, another great post (as usual), Blazer...:thumbsup::thumbsup:
