free jam tracks for us bass players

That is a great song.

The multi-track I'm using is in for a service - so no recording going on for a little while.

I'll look at that one sometime later on when I get back into it.

New updates just gone up.

Cheers,
Nick.

Thanks for the positive comments y'all.

Much appreciated.

Some Marcus Miller - that sounds like a challenge and a half!! I am not recording at the moment - but when I am next I will look into that. What tracks of his do you like? Note - I don't do exact rip offs of people's stuff - just general jams and things in similar styles so people can practice etc.

ie I borrow.

atom1962 - they are wma files at the moment (I want to put them up as mp3's as well at some point). If you have windows media player they will definately work. I'm not sure what other players play them - some will and some won't. Maybe download them and burn them to cd and see if your stereo plays them?? Let me know how you go.

Cheers all,
Nick.

I am recording this weekend - if anyone has any requests for any specific styles or keys let me know and I'll see how I go.

(I don't have any marcus miller so will have to look at that later when I get my hands on something to have a listen).

Cheers all,
Nick.

Thanks Mo' Bass - all is cool on the download/bandwidth front - it's only costing me $20 a month so that the tracks can be downloaded about 15,000 times/month. Last month it got pretty close - I think I can bump it up to allow 25,000 /month for only another $10 if I have to. It's worth it if people are getting something out of it.

Recorded a few more blues/funk ones last night - including a version of the Allman Brothers version of Stormy Monday.

So 4 new tracks are up - happy jamming!

Thanks Fetzu. All good.

I have put the August tracks up as both mp3 and wma files. I will convert all the wma files to mp3 over the next couple of weeks so you have a choice which format you download.

Cheers,
Nick.

Wow, I was expecting just a few basic tracks to play along with but i was blown away when I saw how many there were and heard how much work you've obviously put into them.
thanks alot for the effort and sharing I really appreciate it. I've also given the page a thumbs up on StumbleUpon so that other people not on TB might be able to use it as well.
