This week's roundup (11/13/2015) - I'm sorry I've been away the last few weeks, but I just moved to my first house. Thanks to @Glazenn for finding the 3rd Japanese L5000. The Irish one has been withdrawn again. Nothing else from my end. Looks like if you want to get an L5000, you're gonna need to import one from Japan! When did it become 1987 again?

I usually Google Images for "G&L L5000 bass" and narrow the search to the past one month or less.
I have discovered a reason why a Reverb search may not work. Try clearing the country or change it to "Select a region..." or "Everywhere". It works for me.

And, guess what, this shop in the Netherlands even has a second L5000 neck, this time with the eye-gouger: G&L RARE L5000 Bass Neck 1993 | Reverb
The shop also has two ASAT Bass necks, two SB-2 necks, and one L-2000 neck... all NOS from the 1990s.

Because of the narrow string spacing at the last fret (and at the bridge and the pickup), a L5000 neck can only fit a L5000, and definitely no other 5er bass. Narrow market for sure.

I also found a bridge here: G&L L5000 1984 Zinc Casting | Reverb
Not sure if it's for a L5000, but if so, I wonder why it's a "1984 zinc casting" as indicated (or would it be an early prototype?).
