I know it's not Friday, but had to share these pics of this L5000 I picked up a few weeks ago on Reverb! Neck date April 10 1991. Body date June 4 1991.

The frets were in rough shape, but after a level/crown/polish this thing plays great! I think it's my favorite 5 string I've ever owned, possibly more than my MTD PJ. Currently strung with La Bella Low Tension Flats.

Also, holy crap this MFD split pickup is LOUD, but so versatile even with just a volume/tone.

1989 w hard shell case for 500CA in the early 90s. Still in almost mint condition. I played it rarely because of the close string spacing. Great tone though!
