My tracking information looks weird..... hopefully it'll show up....

Yeah, I wouldn't be concerned. Mine looks like that, as well. As others have said, it's probably on a UPS truck for delivery right now. I'm fairly certain that if you're not in the "My UPS" program, you wouldn't have received any notifications about it. I think most of us that are in "my ups" got emails yesterday. I had to have mine re-routed to the UPS store down the street from me because it showed the right zip code, but the wrong city. Rather than chance UPS actually trying to find the wrong city, I figured I'd just force the issue and have it delivered to another address. I'll have the wife pick it up after she gets off work, since I work late tonight.

Mine just got delivered. It was delivered from FedEx and there were no duties for anyone that wanted to know.

Hopefully I will get a chance to play on it later today, and I am super psyched. Unfortunately it will haunt me with its sweet sirenic song while I'm taking care of a sick kid.

It will really suck if duties depend on the domestic carrier.

Yeah I was just thinking that, with so many having theirs delivered from UPS.

It was funny, I had just gotten back from the Docs, and the UpS guy stopped next door and dropped off a package that was just about the right size. My wife ran over to check it out (she's the best), and the FedEx guy pulled up as she was coming in.

I find it funny to hear you guys talk about your troubles with your delivery persons, regardless of which organization. Our people always deliver stuff. The worst case is if we have to sign for it (which is rare) and a lot of times we don't hear the door, so we sign the slip and get it the next day.

Fed Ex is way more reliable around here. UPS has had a ton of turnover on my route, and in defense of the drivers, it is a difficult route. My last reliable guy was often delivering until 8pm to complete his route. That is more of a corporate problem than a driver thing.

In fairness to your people, I live in a relatively small city. I assume that makes it easier, I don't know how much of the city they have to cover or if they have to do any adjacent towns.

I don't know why UPS seems to be so much worse with customs fees than any other carrier. They are the only ones I have ever had issues with. Man I hope mine gets delivered by FedEx.

Argh, I don't want to hear this right now. I guess I'll know one way or the other later today. Fingers crossed.

I don't want to play the devil's advocate, but as an European who didn't object paying Hungary VAT rates (higher than Croatian's VAT), I don't see why some US members are happy to avoid paying import taxes in your country. VAT was refunded so you wouldn't end up being double taxed.
