I know you are eagerly waiting for the new software, just to create some more motivation that it is worth to wait for, here are two amazing demos that my friend Gabor Lippenyi made with the 3.00 patches that he designed, using the pitch as a Flexi source.
Andras Szalay
Although Gabor called this sound a "split" sound, it is not really a split, much more than that; you can hear at the end that the descending scale continuously fades from synth to bass.Did I miss the memo that KEY SPLIT would be a feature in the new version?
Version 2.22 is available, you can use the Chrome updater to load it, or you can also download it from pandamidi.com and use the editor for update.

That patch might just have been programmed without due care to the oscillator and mixer levels so may be clipping. If you open it in the editor you’ll be able to play around with the levels and save it with your edits.
Thanks to the Future Compact I was able to fit the YYZ pedal on my board. Thank you @GisserD

Probably shouldn’t mention the used one I’ve seen for sale which, inexplicably, still hasn’t been snapped up.
Yeah, I didn't mean smart for getting the best price...I meant smart for obtaining a future impact. I see the value in buying new from manufacturer though.
Here’s a little v3 taster. This one uses flexi slots to add a negative filter envelope, send the noise envelope to LFO speed and send velocity to LFO depth. Apologies for the rough recording.
As I promised, here is an example of the pseudo split possibilities of the synth part in the V3 firmware. In the upper region more oscillators are joining in and the character changes too.
