From discussions on here and other places, you may recall that I’ve been collaborating on a MIDI controller for the last couple of years. We’ve now just launched the website and will exhibit at Synthfest UK next month.

Yes, it’s just been pulled as they mistook me for a commercial user. (I’ve not been paid anything for the work I’ve done on this, I volunteered my time and effort.) I've responded to the PM from the admin so hopefully once they realise the error, they’ll reinstate the thread.

Failing that, I guess someone else could start a fresh thread for folks to discuss it.

Better to email them directly. It’s probably day in US customs still.

Panda haven’t traditionally sent email confirmation with a tracking number to customers, though I strongly advised them that they should in order to avoid this kind of complaint happening.

Try not to sweat it, you’ll get your pedal. (I do understand the frustration though - I’ve had an instrument in order for coming up three years from another company and had no response for over a year now!)

@Quatschmacher I am seeking support for the Future Impact. attempts to communicate with customer support was limited to one response.

I will describe my experience here. Anyone with knowledge that may help me resolve my inability to factory reset please respond. Thank you

My experience:Hello, I'll be brief. The pedal interface is glitching. The parameters section on board no longer has variable options except for note on/off far counter clockwise. When turning the knob clockwise the numbers(default=5) no longer illuminate.
I would like to factory reset, however after trying from onboard by unplugging as the YouTube video reset instructions indicate. No success.
And firmware update via midi USB connection online(auraplug.cim) runs process perpetual without completion.
Please help. How to proceed.
