Future Impact now available!! WAS: deep impact reissue!!! interested?

i am sure the website will also be updated.

Were I as confident as you. Given the track record of the Internet, I'm not confident that companies will update their websites before or even at the same time as posting on FecalBrook. Websites are generally updated days, weeks often months, if at all, after the "news" is already out on the street.

Anyway, thanks for that glimmer of hope Lokki, it is appreciated.

Really digging the sound samples..... I have a roland sy 300 and its seem all these preset are showing that the future impact can give you lots of clean synth sounds were the rolands are all kinda dirty. The Roland has so much control options and the future impact seems like it will fall short in that category. shagING GAS..... Gonna have to buy one of these and A/B this poopie out of them for a month or 2.

It terrifies me that that Facebook page has 85 likes and at one point it was stated that Panda was looking at a run of only 100.

Can anyone tell me if that number is still true or not?

I love these full wet effects and I know they're necessary to demonstrate the sounds the pedal is capable of producing, but I'd also love to hear a sample or two of a blended signal. For me (and I suspect others) a likely use case would be to blend in some synth under the dry signal.

Will the Output Mix area of the programming interface be used to blend the dry signal with the wet? It indicates that the mix applies to the VCF area, but it's not clear to me if VCF is the entire effect or only a subset.

Thanks again for all of your work on this. I cannot wait to get my hands on one!

yeah the output section consists of dry out and synth out. it is called vcf but is everything but the clean signal. both signals can be mixed however you wish

what about this forum? i will surely report news here, no worries. while i'm not part of the company i will surely know when important stuff happens. i am also not a facebook person.
yeah, maybe post it only here!!! ;)))

jokes aside, i was just a little worried because that post did sound like pure marketing slang and at the same time there was that new release date...

i really appreciate your commitment here!

@lokki, @Gabor_Gerenyi, @Andras Szalay ...

A perfect example of FecalBrook Bias:

- FB says it'll ship by Christmas; the website still says it's shipping in January 2016.

- The website gives a FB link, but it takes you to Midibeam, not to the FI FB page.

So non-FBers are at a distinct disadvantage.

At the very least, please set the Future Impact FB page to "public" or whatever FB calls it. There's a bicycle company that I used to like that just links its "news" on its website to its FB page, but I don't get asked to sign in or sign up when I need info on the bicycle company, as is demanded for attempting to view Future Impact's FB page.

Thank you in advance for your consideration of non-FBers.

Hi all! Here is a soundcloud link where I collected some audio demos from the presets I made. I hope you will enjoy them.

Great demo! Incredible how this pedal also produces all the sounds I like about the Ravish Sitar, the POG2 and even the Key9. But then tailored for bass and in a very clean manner. Can't wait for the FI Settings Megathread...
