Gallien Krueger Club. GK Rules !

The F-550 Is my Favorite , 700rb-II, coming in just behind it , and they are very similar , but that tube front end just gives the RB that extra harmonic "pizazz!" and texture . 800RB is my 3rd pick
I agree with you on the MB vs RB .debate. The MB by itself is a fantastic amp , but next to an RB , you will find the MB missing a certain something.

Jason @ GK said new RB's + F-550 comes out at the end of this year...so my fingers are crossed 🤞
Any details on these new RB and F550 amps? I have a small horde of 700 and 1001 rbii's. And I've always wanted the Fusion 550 and honestly jones for an 800 and a 2001rb. That being said a new RB has me piqued.

the wording I was told is "near the end of the year" ...so my guess would be just in time for black Friday and/or Christmas sales!?
Would really make my Christmas special to get a new Fusion led sled . :bassist:

Maybe @rag will chime in and give us the skinny.

Somebody please help me out. I really have grown to appreciate older GK 400RB or 800RB amps. I kinda wanna get one. I currently use an Ampeg V4B and am thinking having an inexpensive cool sounding looking old GK would be fun. Problem is, there are so few for sale. I check local listing all the time and live in New England so you'd think there would be options. Apparently you all covet these amps.

The question is, are there later iterations of GK's that have a similar sound to the 400RB? What other amps should I be on the lookout for? Thanks in advance for the assistance.

There is an old ass 400b at the Music Go Round in either Kenosha or Greenfield (can't remember) for a decent price and I'm pretty sure they ship.

There's FIVE 400RBs at Guitar Center used. Several in New England. Just have it shipped to the store nearest you, and test it on arrival, and return it on the spot if it is DOA.

Make that FOUR, lol. Stopped by the local GC this afternoon and saw this baddy. My 400RB is on the fritz as of a couple weeks ago, so I guess this is destiny?! Still gonna get the OG repaired but it feels good having a backup lol

Hey All, I have a chance to buy GK CX210 used for a good price. Cabinet which I am offered is having different Horn setting from the new one I can see online. Are those different versions / generations? If so What are the differences between them apart from Horn settings? Weight, size, speakers, etc.?

I have one of each, both purchased used - one I got five years ago with the on/off only and one I bought last year for ridiculously cheap that had the three position switch.

They sound identical to me and the speakers look the same from the outside but the three position one is about 4lb lighter.
