I have used both of my bass heads with the 12-3 and my acoustic. It does sound amazing.

Apologies if this comes off as rookie....but clarifying that if I run a single 12 and a 410 that are both 8 ohm I stay on 4/8. When running three 12's...you switch to 2.67?

Yes that is correct. Two 8 ohm cabinets will create 4ohms of resistance, so you would stay on the 4/8 setting. If you are going to add another 8 ohm cabinet you would then be going down to 2.67 ohms and would need to switch to that setting.

I think the eden 410's can be ordered either way 4 or 8 ohm

One consideration when connecting two different cabinets to one amplifier, since both cabs in this case are the same impedance, you want to look at the power handling of each cab & their efficiencies. Your 1x12 cab will be receiving the same amount of power as the 4x10 cab.
Depending on what the power rating of the lower rated of the two cabs, you might want to run the amp on the 2.67 setting to limit what the weaker of the two cabs sees.

The reason I brought this up if you were to run the amp at full rated output (just for an example), each of the 10" drivers will be seeing 100W apiece while the 12" driver will be seeing 400W.

Good point. Thanks for bringing it up. Sometimes feel some of my questions are very basic but I would rather ask vs ruin anything. Found that many TB'ers are willing to share their knowledge and expertise. I've leaned a lot from this site and this group. Sure glad to have them as a reference. Thanks for the input.

It's a Genzler night tonight. Got one 10-2 (powered by an AI Head) with me on a wedding cocktail hour jazz gig. Then straight to a church festival gig with a 70’s pop/rock group. Gonna use two 10-2’s for that gig with a MG800.
