A stacked BA10-3 on a BA12-3 on a BA15-3 powered by the MG800 has got to be heaven on earth!!!!

Now where's that 15-3?

This plus the Chiefs won the Super Bowl, you can say I'm having a Super week!

Just got through hearing (over and over) Mel Brown demo that cabinet on the Genzler home page!! Man, that is a sweet sounding cabinet!!

Congratulations, Chiefs!!!! (I miss Gates BarBQ!!)

I'm getting a BA 12-3 SLT in great condition for $540 shipped!!! :bassist: I put in a half-joking offer to someone on Reverb. I didn't think they'd take it and they accepted!!! Now where's that 15-3?

It was looking pretty bleak up until the 4th quarter. Very good game. The final score doesn't show how bleak it looked for KC.

Nightman: Love me some Gates BBQ!
Been watching every game since the mid-90's! Dream come true! The fun part will be watching a million+ people try and fit into little KC for the parade tomorrow.

I was stationed at Whiteman AFB, Knob Noster, MO back in the day and was introduced to Gates BBQ and Coors beer by fellow Airmen. We would make the 100 miles round trip trek to get Gates ribs and the Coors!!! Good old days. I found my first wife in KC!!
Being on the Chiefs band wagon was like cheering for an old home town team!!

I've been pairing my M350 with my non-Genzler cabs and stumbled on something interesting. The M350 pairs with my Fender Rumble 210 cab beautifully. So full and awesome. When I pair it with my 2 Hartke 210XL cabinets linked together (4ohms) it's voicing is drastically different. There is much less low end. I discovered the same when pairing the M350 with the speaker cab from my Hartke kickback 10.

I'm curious why the rumble is so much of a better pairing.

You know what pairs well with a Genzler 350...?
Just about anything that has a Genzler badge on it.

Not being a twit here, but find an excuse to plug in the 350 to any Genzler cab - and it becomes a religious experience. But, that’s not an original thought in this thread.

I owned a Rumble and the sound sits “back in the box” where the BA series just seems to throw out shimmering jewels of sound (even with my uneven playing). YMMV

Porting/cabinet design differences? I always felt that hartke's ports were simply holes with a plastic tube stuck in them just to finish the hole edges nicely. I used hartke stuff for a long, long time ... The cabinets are simple wooden boxes, nothing to them. Maybe fender spent more time on designing theirs.

I still have one piece of hartke gear, a 410xl. Never thought about running the magellans through it. I've got Genzler cabs, so... The thought of putting a Magellan on top of my dirty, shaggy, cigarette-scented old bar box never crossed my mind.

Definitely due to design. The Rumble cabs are very good for the price. I currently run my MG800 through a Rumble 210 cab and it sounds fantastic. I will, however, pick up a Genzler cab when funds permit, and I know it will be well spent funds.
