I could surely get more use from a BA15-3 over my BA410-3, and already owning a BA10-2 and a BA12-3 gives me a handful of options with adding a BA15-3.

Or I just don’t care enough to (take) my BA10-2 to one gig and a BA12-3 to another and a stacked 15/10 to another...

So i currently have a 2 stack of 12/3's and was wondering about changing over to a 210 or 410 and the 15, thoughts on this? I really love the 12's but have always wanted a 410 and never got there. The 15 should also help a bit with true extension of the 5 string right. Again super happy with the 12's but now that the 15 exsists have a bit of the itch...Evil G.A.S. Jeff, evil...
That's exactly what I'm in the process of doing. Trading in my 2x12s for a 15 and 210. Would love the 410 but my back and bank won't like it right now.So i currently have a 2 stack of 12/3's and was wondering about changing over to a 210 or 410 and the 15, thoughts on this? I won't tell anyone how they should spend their $$$, but if your amp is capable of 2.67 ohms, maybe consider a 3rd 12-3? That rig had it all, down to the open low b, and since it's up high you can hear all the detail as well. Not the new thing, I know, but...So i currently have a 2 stack of 12/3's and was wondering about changing over to a 210 or 410 and the 15, thoughts on this? Why not a 15-3 to stack on top of your 410-3?Jeff is definitely causing us(me) to rethink what we have for what we think we want/need!
I’m contemplating selling my 410-3 for a 15-3 and I really don’t know why??![]()
@Joeykun playing the Newton Theater? That place just feels old, and is in the middle of nowhere! But every show I’ve gone to there has been full.
I know right! I emailed Jeff more than once. He has always gotten back to me very quickly. I am having a hard time choosing between 15-3 SLT or 12-3 SLT. JEFF offers to discuss my tone choice and cab differences over the phone. He is busy, but willing to do that! WOW, now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE.So a few hours ago I got on the Genzler site and placed an order for my BA 410-3. About 2 minutes later my phone rings and Jeff Genzler is on the line just wanting to say thanks for the order and talking a little shop. How awesome is that??!! That’s customer service for you!! Anyhow, last nights gig was cancelled but I’ll be out and about with my MG800 tonight and tomorrow night and see how it does....I already know it will be great. Should see the 410 around the end of the week and then the rig will be complete. I’ve been needing a one size fits all setup and can’t wait to get it in.
Jeff
My thoughts exactly, my main rig before this was this and like you I don’t feel like I’m missing anything but somehow my brain thinks if that was what I loved for so long this would be that and more. Oy. Its probably been said but the 12-3s are so easily portable, I imagine the 15 must be much heavier right? Say it is please so that ends this in my brain. So i currently have a 2 stack of 12/3's and was wondering about changing over to a 210 or 410 and the 15, thoughts on this?
