@Mutattra88 ---- thank you for your purchase and I know what the issue is here. There was a short run of these cabs that got the incorrect badge at the bottom. We pulled back all that we thought were mislabeled but you obviously got one. No issues with the performance except for the incorrect badge.
I'll PM you and we can get this squared away ASAP.
IDK, I’d be inclined to leave it. Kind of a “unique” thing. Not that it’ll Necessarily make the cab priceless or something, but a cool Little “side note” or whatever.

Did the BA210-3 STR originally have the side by side speaker design? I don’t think I ever saw that.
The baffle (SLT) was mounted in the wrong casing (STR). I'm with SteveC on this and I'd leave it for it's "uniqueness". But make sure to keep all the paperwork and the pm from JG just in case you ever sell it.

Originally the first BA210-3's had the woofers slightly off the horizontal center, one to the upper left, one to the lower right due to the port design. As we developed the BA210-3 SLT we modified the original design (now STR version) to have both woofers side x side, which is also how the SLANT is made.
This cab is all factory spec accept for the incorrect Magellan badge. Sorry for this cosmetic "muff up", the more polite term,
We thought we had found the few of these and corrected them before they were sold.
We can correct it easily for @Mutattra88 and move forward.
I currently have the BA15-3. Has anyone tried other Genzler cabs with it aside from 210 and 410? I am just curious. Thanks.

One final post from me regarding my cab: It was presented to me by the retailer as a "return in excellent condition". After seeing the anomalies - and not presuming to PM Mr. G. directly - I wanted to satisfy my curiosity about its origins, and thought someone might know something. Perhaps I shouldn't have "advertised" in such a public forum, but my intent was to get a little info, not to cast any aspersions of any kind whatsoever. I am beyond ecstatic to have the cab and can't wait to use it with my GB STM900. It is nonpareil gear - the best - and I wish to thank Mr. Genzler for his commitment to giving us the best and most innovative and dependable tools we could ever have - which exceed our expectations and lead us to be better musicians. Thanks!

Yes, a few of us on here use it with either cab you mention.
The 410-15 is my go-to outdoor rig.
I don't have a 210, so I use a 12-3 plus 15-3 for indoor gigs (or alternatively, just the 410)
all with excellent tone and results.

Just got my Genzler Magellan 350.
So, I was surprised at the size of this unit.
It's on the tiny side. A very neat little pkge.
So far, really like it with my basses. The Contour feature really has 3 distinct personalities; flat, modern and ol skool.
I like the way it "feels". It has a valve like "give" to it. Tone controls seem well chosen. Very handsome unit. I'm very impressed!

I have that same unit. I'm running it with a Hartke HD210 and HD112 and I really like how it sounds. Very impressed with the Magellan 350.
Good to hear that it plays well with Hartke cabs. I'm using Markbass cabs and it sounds good thru them as well.
I bought a Magellan 800 and a BA12 SLT in July from Chad at Seattle Bass shop. ( u.s. super help when patient while I tried out lots of different cabinets and heads has it's my first bass rig. ) I am Loving the rig, but being relatively new to the bass (after 42 years on guitar) I am not confident in working the tone controls. My main bass now is a Lull JT4 (customer dual Thunderbird pickups) and I tend to play it like a P bass, with neck volume all the way up, and bridge and tone either rolled all the way off or up just a smidge. Looking for clean bottom without muddines and getting pretty close. (I know... a P bass will do the clean bottom better than the JT4, and I'm working on getting one. In the meantime... ) Any tips on working the tone and contour on the 800 with this bass? I also have a medium scale with a Nordstrand Big Split in the neck, for P like tones, and open to input on dialing in this one too. Both basses are passive. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.
I would start by rolling the tone up on your bass, first. From there, keep the bass on the amp at noon, turn the mid level up to about 2 or 3pm, and then play while slowly dialing the frequency knob up from least to highest. Eventually, you’ll find the sweet spot. Set treble to taste.
