tone control cracked on just a hair.

barber linden almost always on.

Does anybody know why Genzler isn’t answering their emails?
I sent them a message through their website over a week ago and never heard back from them.
Also they don’t list a phone number to call like they had when they were Genz-Benz?
They are still in business right?

So I'm wondering about something with my Magellan 800. Last week I turned it on and what usually happens is in about 1 second or less there's a click and then the amp is on. What happened was that there was a pause, about 3 or 4 seconds, then the click then "amp on". I shut it down then back on and the same thing happened. It was back to it's normal quick start up the next time I played through it. What may have caused the amp to behave in that way?

It was thinking...

Probably figuring out what voltage you were plugged into. I don't know what make it take longer than usual but that is basically the pause at the beginning.
