I constantly find new ways to use my 800. I always kept it on the clean with the orange contour bumped and generally flat save for a bass boost. But I spent this whole last week on the orange channel and playing with gain. I took my pedals out of the chain and have just been using my two favorite basses to come up with killer tones all overTime to dig out the SVT3Pro and sell itdone with amps for a while time for a new bass.
Honestly I'm just scratching the surface with the MG 800. Don't have a proper studio yet I'm still remodeling the new house interior... so mainly using the PF20T and portaflex cab.I constantly find new ways to use my 800. Well, you can (almost) count me into the Genzler club! After weeks of research and $3k burning a hole in my pocket, I just bought a Magellan 800 w/ two BA12-3, one slanted and one straight. Will likely add another straight down the road to do my best @KJAXE impression. What an absolute sight to behold!
Also, this is my first post ever on TB. Over 10yrs of playing and I’ve never participated here.. Looking forward to seeing you all around! Thanks Jeff (and others) for making this the easiest wad I’ve ever spent!

The Magellan 212 under your 12-3 might work for you. FWIW, I'm using a NeoX 212 (loaded with NX2 faital's) under a 12-3 with great success.I wonder if the Genzler folks are planning on doing a 212 array cabinet? I absolutely adore my 12-3 and am considering two more but would love one unit that could handle my bands volume, which is pretty darn loud.

Yeah I like the modularity aspect. Mixed feelings on if I want just one do it all cab or if I want more options depending on the gig.Or just get the 12-3’s then you can take advantage of the slant…
