@nervous --- Yes, please contact me this morning if possible. Your video was helpful. I do think turning the cab upside down might be a quick and interesting troubleshooting test.
Might be that an internal speaker wire somewhere is laying on the back of a 10" driver.
Again, it's best if we connect via email or phone and get your issue corrected quickly.

Using a different speaker is about the same location is not the same, resonances can shift positions with small changes in location.

A different cab does not rule out the room since freqs can be different in a different cab. The only way to rule out the room is to take it out of the room.

It is. Truly appreciated, unexpected, and in todays world, virtually unheard of.
That is the plan for today, probably even outside to rule out as many current location possible environmental issues as possible. Unless I shake the big maple tree, which is always a possibility.
Hey Genzler club folks - any chance that someone can comment on the sound, volume, etc. of the Magellan 350 pushing three of the BA110 cabs? Curious to hear your opinions and experiences if you can share. Right now I am torn between getting a third BA110 and likely selling my currently cab-less MG800 or buying a larger cab (like an NC212 or similar) to use with the MG800 for those occasional outdoor gigs.
Exactly why I went with two 10" arrays rather than a GK neo iv 2x10 as tempting as it looked? Also this played a good part in my decision to go with a Mesa D-350. Never got that kind of quick reply/service from GK ever!
FWIW, I don't have 3 1x10's but I did do an outdoor show this past weekend with the 350 combo (a single 10) and used a backlined Randall vertical 2x12 as an extension cab. Plenty of volume, more than enough. I have the Magellan 800 but IMO the 350 does it fine for outdoor gigs if you have the speaker area.
The mentioned show was on a concrete slab out by a farm with PA support. The bass rig was my monitor and I wore ear plugs if that tells you anything.
Yesterday I received a (barely) used NC212, and got about 20 minutes with it in the living room yesterday.
I already have a MG12-TV that I've been using for the past couple of years, but always felt that I needed a little more speaker on stage. (FYI... We use in-ears, but I like to allow a little sound in from the stage {less isolation} on the side away from the drummer.) I want to hear the speaker as well as feel it behind me. I usually use a Lull TC4 & MG800, with a Novation BassStation-II into the aux.
The first impression of the NC212 is "smooth". The horn was at 50%, all EQ flat, except for contour A at about 10. I didn't hear anything harsh at all. Turning up the horn to 100% was pretty zingy (more than I like, but might be good on stage). Mids less pronounced. Lows tight, and more than the MG12-TV (as expected with 2 vs 1 12").
I then compared it to the MG12-TV. The MG12-TV had more mids, less bottom, not as "smooth" as the NC212, and less perceived volume (but not by much). I threw more lows at it with the active EQ on the Lull, and it handled it like a champ. I gave it more mids & less low via Contour B and bridge PU, nice!
As I turned up the volume in the comparisons, the NC212 handled it MUCH better (not surprised).
I am definitely sold on the NC212 (good thing since I own it now, LOL), and have no intentions on selling the MG12-TV and plan on getting the MG350 & cradle to use for smaller gigs, convenience, and rehearsals. But I expect most of the live action will go to the NC212.
I have 2 gigs this weekend (clubs), and 3 next weekend (club, festival headliner, & wedding), so it's going to get a good workout. Obviously the stage will be the big test, but I have no worries that it'll pass with flying colors.

The Magellan 350 easily pushes 3 BA 10-2 cabs.
I have used the 350 with one or two BA 10-2 cabs for indoor events and added a 3rd for outdoor. Sounded terrific. Later, I decided to get a BA 112-3 and pair that with one or two BA 10-2s. Sounded huge, and again, terrific. So for variety, I might suggest you go with adding the BA 112-3. (Although you may not even need a 3rd cab).
Not sure if you'll need the MG800. Technically I suppose it gives you more head room. I leave that discussion to the experts.
Your band situation may require a different solution, depending on volume and venues. I play in a Pop/Jazz/Rock band with Guitar, Sax, Vox, and a light handed drummer. Any of the above combinations always provided excellent quality sound and more than enough volume.
Good luck with your decision. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the Genzler offerings.
Decided to use the D800 instead of the Magellan 350 tonight. Subway head with Genzler cabs……….. I’m gonna call it a Genz Benz rig! Still need a cover for my 112, but it rarely leaves the house.

Well, I didn’t get a decent looking shot… but this is one of those venues that decorates with bones and skulls all over everything, and I tried to get a “boneless” angled shot . The venue was at street level along the San Antonio river walk too, so I should’ve taken some outdoor pics. Oh well. Here are some Genzler cabs in the wild.
