I'm in a 5-piece rock & blues band and practice with a 112 but never gig with one. We have a good FOH system and IEM's so just use an amp for onstage monitoring but IME, even a stout 112 doesn't fill the stage the way a good 115 does. An amp that can drive up to 400 watts into an 8-ohm cab has enough headroom to allow me to push my onstage cab a bit and sound good. If this NC-115T can deliver the goods this way, it sounds like a good cab to try. I like the taller, vertical profile and inset handles.
It’s a nice cab for sure but the BA112-3 has better specs so the 15 vs 12 argument is too general.
I hope my V4B doesn’t fall off the top of the slanted stack, the 15-3 alone almost bumped it off the other day.
