Always working on the show. Some new songs, transitions, vocals and overall tightening up! I enjoy rehearsals!

I see the drive channel is engaged and in other photos (and videos) you've posted, you always have some drive. Are you always playing with an overdriven sound with the band?

Yes, mildly. At rehearsals I plug straight into the amp and use the Drive channel with Contour A. (Look at the settings. It’s not really overdriven).

Live I use the Quad Cortex and LP Filter the highs and put a mild distortion (Darkglass B3K) on it to bring out some character on the high end. LP Filter Mids & Lows totally clean. I blend the 2 together to get my tone. Then use the Clean channel and Contour A on the Magellan and adjust the EQ when needed on the stage.

This allows the bass to cut and sit in the mix within its own frequency and not interfere with the Kick, etc.

Does genzler only make an attachment bracket for the pairing of the 110 line array and Magellan 350? Or is it more flexible ? Id like to make a 112 or 210 combo, but I assume the hardware won't line up?

If I take the MG350 off the bracket, you can see 6 machine screws holding it to the top of the BA10-2.

When I take the screws out, you can see that they are not pointy like wood screws, but are clearly machine screws. That means there is some t-nut or other threaded insert that is in the cabinet top but covered under the Tolex.

I think only the BA10-2 and the Magellan 12T-V have these mounting holes & inserts installed.
Perhaps Jeff will read this and chime in if I am not correct.

Almost correct. Those 2 models have the threaded inserts for the MG350 Cradle and thr NC-112T also offers this option.
The BA12 cabs do not because they have the recessed handle in the center of the top panel.

These little Ashdown rootmaster 112 cabs are 300w at 8ohms each (they sound great paired with the Mag 800 btw). My question is would I be able to run one of these 112s with the Nu Classic 212 in 2.67 ohm mode?

First gig last night with my new to me Magellan 800. Unfreakingly fantastic. I had the Shuttle 9.0, actually still have it and will use it as a backup, but the Magellan is like the Shuttle 9.0 but on like super double turbo steroids. With the EQ mostly flat and the contour on B with the knob at about 2 o'clock it was just perfect with my 2 Ba12-3s. Also it seems like the Magellan 800 is louder than the Shuttle 9.0. My drummer is a RALLY LOUD drummer and I didn't have to turn the Master up the past 1/4 of the way up. Strange, but in a good way, since I usually had the master on the Shuttle 9.0 past the half way point. Here's a pic of how it was set last night.

Was wondering that with the power button being in the back and also having a mute button that this is amp is designed to be left on more than powering on and off. When I'm using my 350 for home practice and take a break for an hour or more I leave it on and mute it, just want to make sure I'm right about this.
